Tender sourdough English muffins with a golden crust, soft, airy interior, and those wonderful nooks and crannies. Made with my Rufous sourdough starter, which I've managed too keep going for over 30 years!
Toast until crisp, then top with butter and your favorite Hummingbird Heritage jam, or use them for Eggs Benedict or a delicious breakfast sandwich.
